Design:The design process helps us to get a feel for the use of the kitchen and your requirements .The designer assigned to your project will discuss your needs and any ideas you have demonstrating the differences in quality ,truly ensuring that we come up with the most individual of kitchen to suite your lifestyle and taste. Quality is easily forgotten whilst viewing 3D plans on there own from the general retailers and DIY sector.
We are able to offer a comprehensive overview of your entire project from re plastering to tiling and even the decorating, leaving you with a kitchen that’s ready to use incorporating every details and costs without delay and with minimum disruption to yourself and family, without the unforeseen costs been presented towards the end of your project.
Home Survey:
A full technical survey is carried out examining in detail all the existing services ie. Mains water and re-plumbing the positioning of new appliances and there electrical requirements, making sure the installation team has a detail plan of your kitchen ensuring all the disruption is kept to a minimum.
Delivery:
Delivery is generally arranged a day or two before the installation team .If storage space is at a premium we will project manage the delivery of all furniture and appliances to arrive whilst the kitchen is in its removal and re plumb stage.
Installation:
Our installers are professional and will only install fitted furniture. A large amount of emphasis is on the first time delivery and smooth installation of your kitchen to all the exacting requirements thus minimising the disruption and mess.
Phase 1 - Removal and repositioning services and points
Phase 2 - Re installation of furniture, worktops and sink & taps
Phase 3 - Appliances commissioning and finishes ie handles pelmet and cornice
Once completed your installer will issue you with a 12months workmanship guarantee.
Your bespoke furniture is guaranteed comprehensively for 15 years, our cabinets are what separate us from the flat pack market place.
A complete sealed unit is made individually with a 19mm colour co-ordinated cabinets with PVC edging Blum motion soft close metal draws with solid bottom.
All units carry as standard solid backs and tops, which tend to be a lot better for granite and other solid surfaces. Thus making our cabinet specification one of the highest in Europe . All our kitchens are built on a made to order basis, we re able to design and manufacture the exacting finishes as some of the major expensive German and Italian brands. All manufactured in the UK.
